VYPA is a hardcore, high intensity interval training workout aimed at lowering your body fat , improving your Cardiovascular health & sculpting your whole body. Vypa is inspired by Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Cage fighting, Capoeira, Plyometrics and Sport Specific Training. You perform tracks of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Each track keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals set to spine-tingling Electronic, Dubstep & Hip Hop music. Inspired by HIIT & Tabata, each track goes for 4 minutes with a short break in between each track. Expect to punch, jump, drop, sprint & squat till you reach the edge.

    Hi Vani, thank you for getting in touch. We are trying to find a new venue for our VYPA class as unfortunately we are no longer able to use The Malden Centre so will keep you posted.
