I've been going to Sara and Carly's classes for about 2 years now and I absolutely love them! They are both so energetic and enthusiastic during the classes, it's what keeps me going when I feel like I can't do anymore! It was November 2013 when my friend invited me to Calasara's Zumba class. I remember I was out of breath before the first song finished and quite unimpressed by my fitness level! But I loved the class, I loved the music and the atmosphere, by the end of the session I was hooked! I joined Sara’s VYPA and never looked back! It’s a fantastic hardcore, high intensity workout on Monday evening. Sara pushes us to our limits always with a smile on her face…
Thursday class is a mix of Jungle Body programs with the great selection of intensive but easy to follow routines.
I can’t decide which class is my favourite one...and don’t know where I would have been without them. They have literally changed my life as well as my body! Great fun, wonderful routines and fantastic atmosphere!!! I have more energy, feel happier and have made lots of lovely friends.
Sara and Carly are brilliant instructors and great people all around. They will make you feel very welcome at all their classes!
