Sara will be presenting The Jungle Body`s KONGA and JAGUA programs at next year’s Fit Jam in January 2016 at Alton Towers. This will be her third year there but this time there will be many Jungle Body Instructors joining her.
On 10th April 2015, Sara led a Jungle Body Mega Class in Derby hosted by fellow Jungle Body instructor Steph Fitzpatrick. There was some amazing feedback from the attendees about the Jungle Body and she has been invited back this October 2015
We took part in the Back 2 The Trenches Mud & Obstacle Run. We love to push ourselves to the max and this certainly did that! This was our second time there, so now we are looking for our next challenge. Always good to mix things up and keep pushing you!
We ran a one off special class for a friend of ours; Miranda Tolley who is suffering with MS. Miranda has supported Calasara Fitness since we launched and we wanted to give something back so all monies raised for the class was donated to the MS Society of Kingston/Richmond.
